Please understand that when you schedule an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other customers.
If a cancellation or adjustment is necessary, we require you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
For all guests, an appointment reservation deposit of $50 is required for extra long appointments such as creative colors, color corrections, and keratin smoothing treatments.
This deposit is 100% transferable to your next appointment if at least 24 hours notice is given for any necessary changes.
This deposit is forfeited and non refundable if notice is given within the 24 hour window, or in the unfortunate event that no notice is given at all.
For existing and current salon customers, a deposit is not required until after an appointment has been missed. Once this has occurred, we will require a $50 deposit to hold any future reservations.

late arrival policy.
We understand that life happens and days don't always go as planned! We do our very best to be on time for each guest and to be respectful of your valuable time, and ask that you do the same.
Late guest arrivals often set us behind for other guests on our schedule for the remainder of the day.
To avoid this, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to either make adjustments to your service ( maybe skip the blowout ) or reschedule your appointment completely.
